Artist's Description
This was the second lighthouse in Michigan City, Indiana. Built in 1958 it replaced the original light from 1837. The building now serves as a museum. This lighthouse was replaced in 1904 by the Michigan City East light.

Hello, I'm a Michigan based photographer, originally from Arizona. I have lived in Michigan for the last 23 years. Most of my images will be from the Midwest area, but from time to time will include images from Ontario, the Southwest, and wherever else I may roam on occasion. I love hiking, camping and being out in nature and try to relay that wonderful feeling in my images. But sometimes I don't mind spending time in the city. I mainly like to shoot photos of landscape, nature, and architecture (old, new, barns, and abandoned buildings).
